Cancer patients contracted a rare blood infection. Officials say a nurse diluting opioids with tap water is to blame.




Between June and July of last year, six people being treated at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo were sickened by a waterborne bacteria called Sphingomonas paucimobilis.
